Player's Unknown Battlegrounds or PUBG has spared no effort to keep the momentum of the game alive. It brings new features, maps as well as exciting events which will compel players to download the game and get into the virtual battlefield. PUBG announced a brand new map, TAEGO in the 12.1 patch notes, which was released on the live servers on July 7, 2021. TAEGO is an 8x8 map of varied terrain. This map is made with reference to the Erangel map and with the 13.1 update, PUBG has brought some never-before-seen features to the map such as Secret Rooms, Multi-Care Packages, etc.

In order to make this map more popular, Player'sUnknown Battlegrounds has announced a new event where players must complete missions effortlessly in exchange for exciting rewards.

How to participate in PUBG Taego Hashtag Event?

• Players should take a screenshot, video or GIF of themselves playing on TAEGO and post it to their social media accounts.

• Players must submit their own entries on one of the mentioned social media platforms:

1. Twitter
2. Instagram
3. Facebook

• When posting their photos or videos, players should include the following information:

1. Nickname in game PUBG
2. Platform they play on (e.g. Steam, Xbox, PSN, Stadia)
3. The following hashtags should be added- #BATTLEGROUNDS , #REGION hashtags

PUBG Taego Hashtag Event Calendar

Entries posted within the time period will be reviewed, so players must participate in the event within the given time period:

PDT:Aug. 2 12:00 a.m. – Aug. 18 4:49 a.m.

CEST:August 2 at 9:00 a.m. to August 19 at 1:59 a.m.

KST:August 2, 4:00 p.m. to August 19, 8:59 a.m.

PUBG Taego Hashtag Event Rewards

PUBG officials will carefully review all entries and distribute 1000 G-coins to the final winners. G-coins can be spent in the shop to get various weapon skis etc.

• Keep your original file in case you need to send it to the organizers.
• All applications must be submitted through the requested social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
