Fortnite Shadow Ops is a new NPC that is part of the Fortnite Character Punchcard quests that are a staple for most seasons. The new season will also allow them to earn a huge amount of XP.

Players will receive daily punch cards, weekly punch cards, and character punch cards to complete. This is a series of time-limited challenges, so players should engage in these quests as soon as they are in the game. One of them involves talking to Shadow Ops, a new NPC at find on Fortnite Island.
To start the questline, players can jump off the battle bus and land at a location northwest of Catty Corner and south of Lazy Lake. Shadow Ops patrols the southern area of town south of Lazy Lake, which can be a contested drop. Once players find Shadow Ops, they can interact with her and this will trigger her Punchcard questline.
Players must find and interact with her on the Fortnite map before they can complete the challenges. She's usually located in the southernmost house of Lazy Lake, standing outside on a paved area in front of a dilapidated wooden wall. To start the challenges, you must first track down the NPC.
It can be located on the south side of Lazy Lake, near the very end of town. Once players approach it, they will be able to see the NPC's speech bubble icon appear.
