“Queen Cube has deployed her strongest warriors yet. To retaliate, the war effort produces its own big guns. Meet the recovered BRUTE "
New Salvaged BRUTE is a vehicle in Fortnite:Battle Royale. It was introduced in Chapter 2:Season 8. The war against the Sideways escalates with the release of 18.40 and reinforcements are needed. So the Cubes decided to send recovered BRUTE to the battlefield.
Players can now enter the game to throw down these bars and eliminate the Cube Queen's army. In each game, 2-3 mechs will be dropped on the island at random locations. It is a weaker version of the BRUTE which also requires two players to function properly. It has a driver, who controls the movement of the robot, and a shooter who uses the weaponry.
The driver is able to move, stomp the ground to inflict damage, leap forward and dash. The shooter uses a multi-missile launcher and a less powerful shotgun than the original BRUTE.
Fortnite players must donate gold bars to the war effort. Once the desired amount of Gold Bars are donated, Mechs will be unlocked and available in matches. If the two initial mechs are destroyed, two new mechs are dropped onto the island again.
There are three Donation Table slots for the Salvaged BRUTE, where players can donate up to 50 gold bars to the war effort.
