Friends is THE series of the 90s par excellence. But if some episodes have remained deeply rooted in the hearts of his fans, others, on the other hand, are not unanimous. And Internet users have agreed to elect the worst episode of the series.
If you are a fan of Friends , you have seen, and reviewed the 236 episodes that the series contains. You can do the dialogues instead of the characters, and you know exactly which episode is happening in which plot. In short, you are completely addicted . But despite all your love for the series, there are a few episodes that you like less than the others. And Internet users have agreed to choose the worst (or the worst in any case) episode of Friends.
On the IMDb site, each user can rate a particular film, series or episode. Friends , with over 820,000 ratings, scores 8.9 out of 10. But if its episodes are relatively well rated by Internet users, there is still one that is at the bottom of the ranking.
And to find it, it's in season 4 that you have to look. In episode 21 "The One With The Invitation", Ross sends the invitations for his wedding with Emily which will take place in London. Receiving the invitation, Rachel plunges back into the memories of her love affair with Monica's brother, and decides in the end to refuse to go there. A particularly painful episode both for the two protagonists, and for the unconditional fans of the show. Moreover, his note suffers from it:he obtains 7.2/10. A very very low score compared to the other episodes which peak rather around 8.5 out of 10.
If there is the worst, there is also the best. And the one that wins all the successes is episode 17 of season 10 The Last One - Part 1 (the one who went away) , with a score of 9.7 out of 10. This is the penultimate episode of the series. Rachel gets on her plane to leave New York and go live her new life in Paris. Ross and Phoebe then leave in Phoebe's taxi to prevent her from leaving, and so that Ross can finally declare his love to her . An episode that fans have been waiting for for many seasons.
Besides being moving, it also has its share of funny scenes, especially when Phoebe calls Rachel to ask her to get off the plane. To convince her, she tells her that the device on which she is going to fly "has no phalanx" . A sentence that creates panic among the other passengers, but which will end up getting Rachel off the plane.
