The PUBG Global Championship is the culminating event of the PUBG Continental Series 5 where 64 teams from different regions competed for a spot in this prestigious event. PGC 2021 will start on November 19, 2021 in Paradise City, Incheon, Korea. As the Pick 'em Challenge returns to PCS 5, players will compete for the extra Pick 'em Challenge money as well as the base prize pool of $2,000,000.

A total of 32 teams have qualified for PGC 2021 across four regions, namely Europe, America, APAC and Asia. The following teams have been selected for the final event:

It seems that Chinese PUBG teams have been allowed to participate in the PUBG Global Championship 2021. Recently, it was announced that PUBG PC Esports has been banned in China. Therefore, it was uncertain whether these teams could compete in PUBG's biggest event this season.
