Battlegrounds Mobile India (PUBG Mobile India) Releases New Backpack Teaser
Krafton, the South Korean developer, announced in a statement that Battlegrounds Mobile India has crossed 20 million pre-registrations in India. The game was announced the first week of May, and then on May 18, pre-registrations began for Android users through the Google Play Store. On day one, the developer says it received 7.6 million pre-registrations. Now, just over two weeks later, Battlegrounds Mobile India has garnered over 12.4 million more.
Pre-registrations bring India-specific rewards that can be claimed when the game officially launches. These include a Recognition Outfit, a Recognition Mask, an in-game currency and more. Those who have pre-registered for Battlegrounds Mobile India will see the game automatically downloaded upon launch, if they have enabled the feature in Google Play.

Although Krafton has yet to reveal the release date, it may be close. There have been many speculations on the internet about the release date of the game. One of them being related to this artwork which has been posted on their social media handles. It displays an illuminating object covered with a helmet, something similar to a solar eclipse. Many fans believe that the game will be released on June 10, the date of the solar eclipse.
