PUBG New State Mobile reaches 10 million pre-registrations on Google Play Store


Krafton's recently announced title, PUBG:New State, achieved a fabulous 10 million pre-registrations on the Google Play Store. She reached this milestone 43 days after the opening of pre-registration.

This massive interest in Krafton's new title is not shocking given the track record and success of its prequel, PUBG Mobile.

The game had opened pre-registration on February 25 worldwide, except for India, China and Vietnam. It achieved 1 million pre-registrations in three days while hitting the 5 million mark in five days.

Battle royale games on mobile are breaking new records with every passing day. Games like PUBG Mobile and Free Fire have been massively popular among the masses of gamers over the past couple of years.

In a recent article by Krafton, they revealed that more than 170 countries around the world participated in the advance pre-registration. Southeast Asia (22.6%) had the highest share, followed by America (19.3%), the Middle East (15.1%), Europe (15% ) and East Asia (13.2%).

PUBG New State Pre-Registration for iOS Users:Expected Date?

Today Krafton Inc. announced on Twitter that they plan to begin alpha testing of the title around Q2 2021.

With so much interest in the new title, it would be interesting to see fan response once the game is released globally. It will also be interesting to see when it releases in major markets like China and India.

With companies working on developing and releasing new titles, mobile gaming fans everywhere are excited to see what these new offerings bring to the table.
