PUBG Mobile Pro League MENA &South Asia Championship Season 1:Stalwart Esports Win League Stadium


With the conclusion of day four of the PUBG Mobile Pro League MENA and South Asia Championship, the action-packed four-day league phase of the PUBG Mobile tournament came to a close today with Stalwart Esports winning the champion title with 204 points and 100 kills.

As PMGC 2021 knocks on the door, several PUBG Mobile Pro Leagues have completed their journey by holding championships. As this year South Asia and MENA teams have merged, we could see the first season of PMPL MENA and South Asia Championship with Stalwart Esports taking the top spot at the league stage. Second place went to the i8 Esports team with 174 points and 94 kills. Trained to Kill took third place with 165 points.

The first match today of PUBG Mobile Pro League MENA and South Asia Championship was played in the Miramar Desert Ruins, which is the perfect map for sniping due to its large open areas. Stalwart eSports had a spectacular chicken dinner in this game with 11 kills. In second place was NASR Esports, their player Batikha took 7 kills and was named MVP of the match. Deadeyes Guys took third place with 14 points.

Erangel, the most preferred map for the competition was the map chosen for the second game where Cryptics scored 30 points to take the chicken dinner. Of the 15 kills they took, their top player Senku took 6 kills to be named MVP of the match. Trained to Kill and A1 eSports took second and third place with 21 and 14 points respectively. Stalwart Esports were eliminated early in this game.

Game 3 of the PUBG Mobile Pro League MENA and South Asia Championship Day 4 was played on the rainforest-themed map Sanhok. Pakistani team i8 Esports won the Chicken Dinner with 12 kills. They managed to score 27 points in this game to claim the top position. Rico Infinity Team missed the first position with 2 points. Galaxy Racerz which recently merged with Nigma to form Nigma Galaxy was placed third with 13 points.

Followed by Sanhok was the Miramar map where the fourth match of PMPL Season 1 of the MENA and South Asia Championship was played. Trained To Kill snatched chicken dinner from NASR Esports which had a decent run on day four. i8 Esports dropped to third position with a total of 18 points. The table team Stalwart Esports who got off to a good start did not leave an impression in the rest of the matches.

The fifth and final game was won by Team Rico Infinity scoring 18 points, however, Wizzes with Vibes took the lead on the scoreboard with 24 points. Their dominance with 14 kills led to them being top of the table. DRS Gaming missed out on second place to Rico Infinity with a difference of just two points. Vibes eSports also showed an impressive performance.
