The grueling three-day battle between 16 teams in the PUBG Mobile Pro League South Asia Season 4 ended yesterday with Wizzes with Vibes, a professional team from Nepal emerging as the tournament champions. Another renowned PUBG Mobile team from Nepal, DRS Gaming has qualified for the PUBG Mobile Global Championship 2021 (PMGC 2021).
PMPL SA Season 4 began its journey on September 21 with the League Stage ending on October 10, 2021. DRS Gaming was crowned the winner of the League Stage. The finals of this tournament saw 16 teams compete over 18 games to claim the winner's prize of 1,50,000 total prize money and to claim the top six spots and qualify for the MENA and South Asia Championship. As this tournament will culminate at PMGC 2021, the teams have put in extraordinary performances to stay atop the PMGC leaderboard.
It was a head-to-head competition between Wizzes with Vibes and Deadeyes Guys, with both teams finishing with 187 points. The latter team topped the leaderboard with their phenomenal performances until the finals, however, Wizzes with Vibes earned more placement points which helped them clinch the top spot and the cash prize of 10,000. In third place was Vibes Esports with 3 chicken dinners and 181 points overall. They received a cash prize of 5000 USD.

DRS Gaming became the first team from the South Asia region and the ninth team overall to qualify for PMGC 2021. They added a total of 1302 points to the PMGC points table by completing the Season 4 Finals of PMPL SA with 177 points. Stalwart Esports didn't have much luck in the Finals, however, Stalwart Esports-owned Top was named the Finals MVP. Zeus Esports who finished in third position at PMGC 2020, did not leave an impression in the finals and were placed in 12th place.
After the tournament ended, the following teams qualified for the PMPL:South Asian Championship and MENA.
Nepal teams have shown dominance in this tournament as these teams will be competing with other professional teams in MENA and SA championships, fans are excited to know if Nepal teams are able to maintain their wonderful performances. /P>
