The first day of the three-day PUBG Mobile Global Championship 2021 West Super Weekend ended with a phenomenal performance from the sixteen teams that had qualified for the weekend. The teams are eager to keep their positions as these points will be crucial for the league standings.
S2G Esports, who ranked fourth after the weekdays ended, surprised everyone with their performance, as they finished 44 times in 5 games and were the only team to exceed 90 points during of the first day of the Super Weekend. Unicorns of Love ranks second with 68 points. A close second behind them is Ghost Gaming with 63 points. The team also earned 27 eliminations and a chicken dinner to crack the top three.
The first game of the day started on the classic Erangel card where 1907 Fenerbahce were eliminated early. The teams were engaged in intense action in the final area near Rozhok. The last player from Eastern Star helped the team with 8 kills to reach the third position but was eliminated by the player from Ghost Gaming. Both teams had an equal chance of winning the match. In the end, Unicorns of Love's teamwork helped them secure the chicken dinner.

PUBG Mobile Global Championship 2021 West SW1 Match 2 was played on the Miramar map where unfortunately the Eastern Stars were eliminated within minutes. All eyes were on the Unicorns who didn't fail to impress their fans after smashing their way to third with 14 points. S2G Esports was the owner of Chicken Dinner with 13 finishes. Fenerbahce also performed well and secured the second position after winning 9 finishes. S2G Calsee earned 7 finishes on his own and inflicted a whopping 850 damage to become the MVP of the match.
The third match of PMGC 2021 West SW1 Day 1 was once again played on the Erangel map. It was a 2v1 situation in the end between 2 S2G Esports players and a Black Dragons player. Using an Accurate Grenade, S2G smoothly took down the Black Dragons and added a total of 11 kills to their name. Knights also performed outstandingly and earned the most eliminations in this match. Timber of S2G Esports was declared MVP of the match after contributing an average of 32% to his team.
The fourth game of PUBG Mobile Global Championship 2021 has started in Sanhok where Ghost Gaming and Black Dragons were eliminated early. At the top of the table, S2G Esports were unable to win the match, but their performance was excellent as the team alone eliminated 15 players from the match. Rise Esports won the Chicken Dinner in this match with 6 kills and a total of 21 points. The fifth and final game of PMGC 2021 West SW1 was won by Ghost Gaming who struggled to make a place for themselves from the start. NRx came in second with 6 kills.
