The first day of the PUBG Mobile Global Championship 2021 East League Finals ended with sixteen teams battling it out to claim the top nine positions and advance to the Grand Finals. A total of six matches took place on Day 1 and the overall team standings are shown below.
After Game 6, DAMWON Gaming eclipsed all the other big names and claimed the top position with 78 points and 41 eliminations. Nova Esports was three points off first place as they finished the day with 75 points and 33 eliminations. Team Secret, the PMPL champions MY/SG are placed in third place after racking up 61 points overall and 26 finishes. Team Cryptics fell to sixteenth place after a poor performance today.
The day started with D'Xavier having chicken dinner in the first match of the PUBG Mobile Global Championship 2021 East League Finals. The team managed to rack up most of their finishes in the final play area , although the most finishes were won by Team Secret who were eliminated in third position.

DAMWON Gaming earned a dominant Chicken Dinner in Game 2 after racking up 19 finishes and adding 34 points to their scorecard. This match turned out to be a game changer to help the team take the top spot. The winners of PMGC 2021 Game 3 were again D'Xaviers after finishing the game with 11 finishes. Nova Esports also earned the same number of finishes.
The fourth match of PUBG Mobile Global Championship 2021 East League Finals was won by The Infinity as their player LOGAN was easily able to spot the last players from DAMWON Gaming and defeat them in the second position. Infinity took 16 kills to win this match as the latter team managed to get 10 finishes.
The fifth and final game of PMGC 2021 Eastern League Finals was won by Stalwart Esports and Rico Infinity respectively. Stalwart Esports took their well-deserved chicken dinner after racking up 13 finishes while Rico Infinity finished day one of the tournament with 8 finishes. Six Two Eight came out in the last game with 13 finishes.
