The procedure for the community battle pass is such that people/community can submit their work, for example player card designs or sprays. And among all the submissions, Riot will select a few and present them to the community.
Where articles will be selected based on voting and popularity. So that makes the battle pass unique to each region, making the systems more fun.
The cost of the Community Battle Pass is yet to be released. However, we can assume that it may cost the same as a regular battle pass which is 1000 Valorant points.

While the community battle pass is expected to release with the next act. It's safe to say we'll be able to access the Battle Pass on 1 st Of March. However, if anything changes, you'll be the first to know.
