Consumables are items consumed by players, devices, or weapons. These items can also be used as crafting materials. Crafting materials are items that can be exchanged for usable items or used as a crafting part for a larger item.
Players can find a wide range of uses for these consumables. Players can learn more about the consumables available in Fortnite Creative and how they can use them. Players can find consumables in the CREATIVE inventory on the CONSUMABLES tab.
Offer ammo consumables to players to replenish weapons during gameplay. These ammo variants can provide bullets, shells, rockets, and arrows that projectile weapons consume. When selecting ammunition, you must also offer players a corresponding weapon. The ammo required for each weapon is indicated by an icon.
You might want to gift a bundle of items to players via a Chest or Llama. Selecting ADD TO CHEST will add the consumable to the CHEST tab. Each time you click ADD TO CHEST, the number of items increases by one, shown in a yellow box on the CHEST tab. In the CHEST tab, you can select CREATE CHEST or CREATE LAMA to store consumables in a chest or llama for use in-game.
