Foraged items are items that can be found throughout the island. They appear in all 3 game modes (Battle Royale, Save the World &Creative). These items are mostly used to heal players or give them a shield, while they can be consumed directly from the ground and some can be picked up from the player's inventory.
Wanted items have a variety of uses, but are primarily used to increase the player's HP. Other items will apply to the player's temporary movement effects.

When you get close to it, you will see a “collect” prompt as well as “consume”. Tap it to equip the item in your inventory, so it's not lost, but it will be marked for the challenge. These are light green, making them easy to spot from a distance. These challenges offer large amounts of XP when completed.
