The Fortnite Silk Sonic Duo Icon Series skins will be available for purchase on February 10, 2022 at 7:00 PM EST. Bruno Mars' kit includes a Sound Scepter pickaxe that doubles as back bling, while Anderson .Paak wields the Sonic Snare back bling and Boom Bap pickaxe.
Players who purchase the Bruno Mars outfit will also unlock the Sound Scepter Pickaxe (sold with the outfit) which transforms into Back Bling when not used with the pickaxe. The Anderson .Paak outfit does not appear to contain a pickaxe/dynamic back bling, as the Sonic Snare Back Bling (sold with the outfit) and the Boom Bap pickaxe are listed.
According to the Official Blog by Fortnite, Grammy-nominated R&B duo Silk Sonic flies in the Icon Series with an arrival time of Thursday, February 10, 2022 at 7 p.m. ET.
However, although their outfits and accessories have landed in the Item Shop, players can participate in the Silk Sonic Cup taking place on Monday, February 7 for a chance to unlock the Bruno Mars and Anderson .Paak outfits early.
Epic is bringing Silk Sonic to "Fortnite" with '70s-inspired outfits, a new radio station, and a player tournament. Bruno Mars and Anderson .Paak outfits come with alternate styles in addition to their default style, including a responsive style for each.
