After having wonderfully embodied the character of Doctor Laure Olivier, Bénédicte Delmas chose to devote herself to directing . She did not wish to resume her role in the spin-off from Under the Sun , preferring to stay behind the camera.
After giving life to the character of Caroline Drancourt in Sous le soleil , she resumed her role in 2013 in Sous le soleil de Saint-Tropez for one year. Since the end of the series, she has chosen to leave her acting career behind and devote herself to writing comics.
Tonya Kinsinger interpreted THE face of Saint-Tropez: that of Jessica Lowry. Yet she refused to reprise her role in the spin-off from the Serie. However, we could see it in Camping Paradis and since 2019 she takes part in the television series Un si grand soleil . In 2014, she participated in Dancing With The Stars , show in which she was a hit although not winning. She also performs regularly at the theater.
Marie-Christine Adam had a busy career long before playing Blandine Olivier, Laure's mother. After the end of the series, she still hasn't left the film sets . She took part in the film Neuilly sa mère !, Paris-Manhattan or even Bedroom 2012 . On television, since 2015 she has played the character of Gloria in the series Nina , and she also plays in Plus belle la vie.
Sylvain Corthay, meanwhile, played Pierre Olivier, Blandine's husband and Laure's father. In real life, Sylvain Corthay became a professor of economics.
After playing the character of Samuel Devos who died in 1998 , he returns in Sous le soleil as David Callas. Since 2010, he has played the character of Sacha Malkavian in the series Plus belle la vie .
Alongside his role as Louis Lacroix, Roméo Sarfati has, for 26 years, played Nicolas Beaumont in the seriesA wonderful family . He has since appeared in the series Balthazar . Very soon, you will be able to see him on the poster for Rudy Keil's film The separated.
Christine Lemler played Valentine Chardin, the villain of the series . Once the filming of Under the Sun finished, she reprized her role in the spin-off from the Serie. She has also had a role in several series such as Plus belle la vie , Tomorrow belongs to us or Cain . She also performs on stage in theatres, notably in 2019 in the play l'art'nacoeur.
After playing Baptiste Mondino, Jessica's companion, David Brecourt decided to focus on acting. He participated in many pieces by Philippe Lellouche like The Game 2 Truth, Drink, Smoke and Drive Fast, or againThe Truth Game.
Alain Dulac was the other great villain of the series. Stéphane Slima was to resume this role in the sequel to the series, Sous le soleil à Saint-Tropez. Unfortunately, the actor died in 2012 of a stroke. The first episode of the spin-off is also dedicated to him.
