These are actually the headphones that I own and have been using for the past few years, and I couldn't be happier with them. For the price, the Skullcandy Hesh 2s are comfortable and offer good sound. As a nice bonus, they look great in all three available colors (blue, black, and silver).
The main reason they are not higher on the list is battery life. Compared to HD 4.04's 25 hours, these only get about 15. It's still solid and long enough to get most people through the day.
