Fortnite Leaks League of Legends Cosmetics

In late 2021, Fortnite announced a major crossover cosmetic, in partnership with League of Legends developer Riot Games. The skin pack was for Jinx, one of the main characters from Riot's new animated show, Arcane. It looks like the partnership was popular enough for Epic Games and Riot to return for a second helping. A new upcoming Fortnite Store Bundles leak confirms that a second Arcane skin is being added, this time for League of Legends Queen Vi.

To be clear, the new skin is once again inspired by League of Legends' Arcane show and not taken directly from the MOBA. It's Vi jumping past the hour wearing the red jacket she steals from a punk she meets shortly after returning to the underground city of Piltover. His bundle includes a version of Jayce's hammer rather than his typical giant mechanical fists, as well as the toy bunny symbolizing innocence lost as a backpack item. Finally, there's a cool Arcane piece of art for a Fortnite splash.

What's introduced in Fortnite leaks?

VI is however not introduced solo. Epic will also be bringing back the popular Jinx Arcane skin due to popular demand. The skin features Jinx after the hour in her purple striped capris. His pickaxe is a unique hammer powered by green arcane energy, as well as the cymbal-wielding robotic monkey that has traumatized all Arcane viewers. His bundle also includes a monkey head graffiti spray, music track, and two Arcane/Fortnite splash art featuring Jinx prominently featured.

The late addition of Vi as a skin for Fortnite has revived hopes among Fortnite players that more League of Legends skins will be added in the future. While it's possible that Vi was supposed to be added alongside Jinx and has been delayed, meaning it's the full extent of League of Legends crossover skins, at the moment it's still there may be more in the pipeline. Those hoping for Caitlyn, Silco, or others should let Epic know what they'd like to see next.

While crossover skins are common in Fortnite, video game crossover skins from an apparent competitor to Fortnite like League of Legends are rare and quite surprising. Arcane's separation from the game and the series' need for promotion seem to have convinced Riot. It will be exciting to see what comes next.
