Recently, the devs talked about some issues expected by players, but not yet introduced in the game. The article talks about the Valorant team-based tournaments that will be coming in Episode 4, Act 2, as revealed developers.

Valorant Devs Talk is something brought to the public attention with various issues such as map or agent fixes or any clarification from the community in general. Valorant is at its peak of Act 1 in the new episode with its new agent, Neon.
The community has been overwhelmed with two new back-to-back agents and a new map in the last 2 acts. The Valorant dev logs recently opened up more information.
RIOT's Valorant Executive Producer, Anna Donlon, recently teased the upcoming changes players can expect to see in Valorant's new Episode 4 Act 2. This includes one of the most anticipated features by players, Team Tournaments .
VALORANT players can look forward to player tournaments in the future where they can compete against other teams, just like previous deed-based ones. Competitive VALORANTS players have continually asked for a way to face off against other five stacks in ranked matches.
“Dreams like ours…should be built on a super strong foundation. And this will be the general theme of Act II. Strengthen this foundation. We will dedicate this act to the overall health of our game. "There are some really exciting new features on the horizon, like our own game, team tournament system ,” she added.
Players can enjoy the new act, but not too soon, but in a whole new light. These tournaments can bring a more complete perspective to the game and to players who want to break the tedious competitive cycle.
