As it turns out, there's a site called Podcat that does just that!
To use the site, simply type in the name of a podcast or podcast host, and the results will automatically start populating as you type. You may need to type the full name to get the results you want, though.
When I type my name - "Dave LeClair" - the Technophilia podcast I used to host doesn't show up until I'm done with my full name (although I'm pretty glad it shows up).
It seems that the site needs to have the hostnames in the RSS feed or in the episode descriptions for them to show up in search.
