Following reports from several gamers from different countries, Krafton decided to delay the launch for two hours, but this too was to no avail as gamers reported to officials that they could not log into the game. due to an unknown bug. A maintenance schedule was again released from 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. UTC. Players hoped to enter the game smoothly, but another disappointment followed shortly after officials continued to extend maintenance breaks.
Responding to an unforeseen situation, Krafton decided to release a statement in which he apologized to the players. The following statement was issued by the officials:
"The amount of positive feedback shown during the pre-registration period will of course mean that there will be high expectations. For the past day, we fully acknowledge that we were not able to meet those expectations or provide a great gaming experience and wish to express our apologies"
It was also announced by Krafton that players who were unable to claim the rewards can log into the game and attempt to claim the rewards from the events section again.
