The developers recently spoke seriously about the issue and presented some of their ideas that gaming audiences might want to know. It also includes reworks on Yoru. A popular Valorant content creator, HITSCAN – RyanCentral &Mysca uploaded the speech.
Yoru, one of the lesser-chosen Duelists, and an Agent as a whole should see changes to the game soon. While Yoru had become one of the weakest Agents in Valorant following several small nerfs that Tracked throughout patches after launching in-game, RIOT tried to restore balance to the game and improve the Duelist.
Yoru has a shocking 8.9% pick rate by pro-Valorant players in tournaments, despite being a duelist with self-powered flashes and teleportation.
"You're all adapting in new and amazing ways and that's what evolves valorant. Since patch 3.0 we know that the Age of Balance has been lighter than our previous episodes and starting in 2022 we are looking to change that,” the developers said.
