Click on your profile picture and go to My Account> Appearance of subtitles . From there you can change the font, color, shadow and background.
The selection is limited to seven fonts, including a typewriter font, an italic font, all caps, and even a font that is very reminiscent of Comic Sans. Some of them are harder to read than the default ones, so they may not be ideal for you, but if you want to try something a little different, Netflix certainly offers options.
When you change your profile settings on Netflix, you should see the change on all your devices. Fortunately, it's a profile-specific feature, so even if you change the appearance of the subtitles, other friends of family members who share your Netflix account shouldn't be affected.
