Read More Fortunately, disabling YouTube annotations is just a few clicks away for all YouTube users.
You'll need to go to your YouTube account settings, which you can find by clicking your profile picture and clicking the settings icon.
Go Playback and make sure “Show video annotations and notifications.” is unchecked.
If you feel that some channels share relevant and interesting information in annotations, you can disable annotations on a case-by-case basis while watching the videos. If you're watching one and the annotations are too much to take, click the settings icon for that video and you can immediately turn them off.
