PUBG Mobile is considered as one of the best mobile games in the world. It has set new standards for the battle royale due to the unique content released at regular intervals by the developers.
The game dominates the overall revenue charts, consecutively beating other equally popular battle royale titles such as Garena Free Fire and Genshin Impact. Even after the game was banned in several countries like India and Bangladesh, it attracts a new fan base every day. The game is creating new milestones every day, as PUBG Mobile's esports industry has also developed rapidly.
Despite this, the developers are constantly facing problems due to the frequent number of hackers in the game. To maintain a sustainable gaming platform for every player, the developers of PUBG Mobile have introduced an anti-cheat system which rectifies and bans all cheats from the game.
The anti-cheat system introduced as part of the pan ban program keeps track of players in real time and bans those who are caught using unfair means. Just like other weeks, officials released a weekly report as part of the anti-cheat system that it banned over 942,345 accounts from September 10-16.

Just like the previous week most accounts were banned due to the use of character modification, Tencent strictly prohibits the use of third-party sources in-game. This week's ban saw a slight decrease by compared to the previous week's ban which was 1,026,448.
Most of the banned players belonged to the Bronze tier, which is the lowest tier that used various hacks to increase their rank. Banned players belonging to Diamond have also increased.
As we can see, the main reason why the accounts got banned was because of changing the character model.
