For the upcoming update, the developers have informed that the maintenance schedule may take longer than usual as rewards need to be provided to existing PUBG Battlegrounds players. The update will be rolling out on January 12, 2022 globally, though it is unknown if PUBG PC can be played in India.
With the new update, PUBG is evolving into a modern game by adding tactical gear like drones. Players will be able to spot their enemies within a radius of 300 meters. It will be available on every map and appear in normal matches, custom games, practice mode, and sandbox mode. It can also pick up a single item such as bandages and players can recall drones to get the item. It is however important to note that drones have low HP and can be damaged easily.
Another tactical gear in the PUBG PC 15.2 update that will increase the healing potential of players as well as their teammates, although their flexibility when fighting will be reduced. It will appear on every map, just like drones, and will consist of 2 stacks of bandages. After using EMT gear, players can enjoy several benefits, such as it will only take 3 seconds to heal and revive teammates. Bandages and First Aid Kit will provide maximum health to players.
Krafton has added a new Tutorial Mode in PUBG Battlegrounds to help new and returning players improve their combat skills before landing on the battlegrounds. Players will go through 5 stages in this mode-

Action Queuing feature is going to become a major helper for gamers which will be introduced in PUBG PC 15.2 update. This new feature implies that players can queue their next action by pressing and holding the button while a certain action is in progress. For example, if players press and hold the fire button while reloading, the weapon will start firing automatically once it reloads. The function can be activated by-

PUBG PC update 15.2 has brought improvements to Win94 and VSS snipers. Win 94 will once again have iron sight to assist players in melee combat. Players can switch between scopes and iron sights. Only the 3.5x scope was available in VSS, but the upgrade added an angled sight into the weapon.
The existing screen ping system has been improved in PUBG PC 15.2 update and added in a place where players can see the ping easily. The screen ping system will be available in all Solo, Duo, and Squad modes. Ping markers are distinguished by the following three categories.
