Krafton has released the patch notes for the PUBG New State 0.9.24 update which will be rolling out soon. The game, now known as New State Mobile, is ready to receive its February update, which promises many additions and improvements.

PUBG New State 0.9.24 update will be released on February 10, 2022. Players will not be able to access the game once the maintenance schedule starts from 1:00 UTC. The new update can be downloaded from the respective stores of Android and iOS devices. Here's what's new in the update.
Quite similar to BR:Extreme Mode, a new mode named Round Deathmatch will make its way into modern battlegrounds. Round Deathmatch mode will be played on a map named "Arena". It will feature 4vs4 game mechanics, however, unlike TDM matches, players must play in a restricted area which will shrink over time, forcing players towards the care package.
There will be a total of 7 rounds in this match in which players must win 4 rounds. Instead of respawning when reaching 0 health, players will be knocked out in Round Deathmatch mode.
The station map that includes the Team Deathmatch mode has been expanded so players have better opportunities to stay in cover and take on enemies. Another cool feature added is that the player who dies 4 times in a row without scoring any finishes will automatically spawn with a level 3 helmet and vest on the next turn.
On top of that, new messages will appear at the top of the screen once players can score consecutive finishes. Improvements have also been made to the user interface.
MP5K is an SMG which will be added in PUBG New State 0.9.24 update which will use the 9mm ammo. This weapon will spawn in Troi, Erangel, and Training Ground. Crossbow, a melee weapon will also be added in the game. Customizations of this weapon will be made in future updates. Some improvements have been made to the DSR A1 weapon.
In the new pistol customization, the M249 will now appear with a ballistic shield on the left and right sides of the handguard. This shield will benefit as enemy fire could be blocked. The new weapon, MP5K, will feature a laser sight that will help players easily spot enemies.
Unlike the previous revive/recruitment system where a player could recruit the enemy or revive another teammate, this new feature will allow three teammates to revive their deceased teammate or recruit an enemy. This will drastically reduce the time players take to re-roll/recruit someone.
Survivor Pass Vol. 4 will feature Doug Bikerway from Mayhem. Players need to complete the story missions in order to get the character skins for free. PUBG New State 0.9.24 update will also allow players to display their Survivor Pass badges next to their nickname.
