The Valorant 3.05 patch notes have been released by RIOT Online and they bring significant changes to the game along with regular nerfs/buffs and bug fixes. The recent patch is quite significant as it contains changes for feature updates for Act 2 Episode 3. The patch will bring the usual 26-day rotation of game modes among replicating, escalation and combat snowballs, as well as regular projections. Valorant Patch 3.05 has been published in an official blog by Valorant, and in addition to bringing the new act changes with a new map, it contains additional in-game features that the community has long requested, such as immortal levels 1 ,2,3 and some major nerfs/buffs for agents like Killjoy, Raze, Sova and some major in-game changes as well. This patch adds more consistency to the damage abilities deal to opposing abilities
Raze has again received a serious nerf, as his boom bot will now deal max damage of 80 instead of 125 and minimum damage of 30 instead of 50. To balance this serious nerf, the cost has been reduced to 300 instead of 400 credits.
Replica Breach now deals damage to the following:
Brimstone's Orbital Strike now deals damage to the following:
Sova Hunter's Fury now deals damage to the following:
Killjoy's turret has received a serious nerf, as his turret has had bullet marking reduced from a 72.5% slow to a 29.5% slow, which will make the turret significantly more of an ability information gathering than damage.
The new Fracture map is finally live on the Valorant server, and a Fracture-only queue will be live for 2 weeks, after which Fracture will enter other modes, including Competitive.
Previously removed tiers from Immortal 1, 2, and 3 have been reintroduced to the game with an update to ranked grouping restrictions.
BONUS EXP. PREMIUM BATTLEPASS
Players will now receive a 3% XP boost for upgrading to the premium tier Battlepass for all matchmade games until the end of the next Act 2, which will not apply to daily or weekly missions . It's not retroactive, so upgrading early will give you access to the most XP.
Players will now be prohibited from gaining XP or Account Level while AFK in Deathmatch or Snowball Fight mode thanks to updated AFK detection logic.
Ping calculation and markers have been updated to exclude server frame time, used by NVIDIA Reflex respectively.
