Valiant Agent Neon can take down enemies faster than lightning speed, thanks to his bioelectric radiation. Its quick mobility and electrical charge-based abilities make it a perfect fit for breaking into fragmentation and fighting aggressive fights all on its own.
Additionally, many have found similarities between Neon and new League of Legends champion Zeri, as they share a strong resemblance. In fact, both are voiced by the same person, Vanille Velasquez.
Indeed, the Valorant and League of Legends teams worked hand in hand to create Neon. Thus, Neon and Zeri are designed very similarly. However, the developers have yet to reveal a connection between the two.

Ryan “rycou” Cousart, Valorant Game Designer at Riot Games, explained how League of Legends developers came up with the idea of creating an agent to “sprint fast”.
It was originally suggested by League of Legends lead champion designer August Browning. Later, League of Legends Game Designer Jay Watford joined us to put the finishing touches on Neon. Ryan shared his experience working with them and mentioned:
"I remember when August Browning originally came to us with this idea of having an agent who could sprint quickly on a base ability - I had many reasons why I thought it would be an insurmountable amount of work to achieve this. The goal we aligned ourselves with for Neon was that she would move fast and her utility should complement.
Reflecting on his interactions with Watford and August, Ryan further revealed:
After seeing how far it had gone with Jay Watford and August before jumping to take him to the finish line, I was so excited to see how well we had achieved the goal of having capabilities that go well with the speed that left the prototype phase with virtually the same kit!
Neon is set to bring a massive change to Valorant's current meta, which has long been dominated by Jett. The Valiant community is excited to get hands-on experience with the new Duelist Agent upon release.
