Netflix has confirmed a second season for Who Killed Sara just five days after its release. Season 2 will air on Netflix on May 19 . A successful series since it arrived in the top 10 of the best series on the streaming platform. The broadcaster also revealed that the series has become the most popular non-English language series in its history, having been watched by around 55 million people !
A two-minute trailer has been unveiled and reveals the plot of Season 2 . Alex learns more about Sara's past after digging up a skeleton in her backyard . As her freedom is once again threatened, we can see in the trailer that Clara and Marifer were in fact partners from the start.

The crime drama Mexican Who Killed Sarah is about the death of Sara Guzmán after a parachute incident. His brother Alex Guzmán is wrongly accused of killing him . Eighteen years later Alex is released from prison and he is ready to avenge his mother, who died shortly after entering behind bars, and his sister by confronting the Lazcano family.
Throughout the first season, Alex uncovers the truth behind Sara's death including her secret pregnancy.
