Firefly Lane, in French, Always there for you, is a production by Aaron Au. The series shares with us the tumultuous relationship between two best friends, a friendship of more than 30 years . The series stars Katherine Heigl and Sarah Chalke (the adult version of Tully and Kate). They are inseparable ever since they became neighbors on the Firefly trail when they were in 8th grade.

It's official, Netflix is renewing the Firefly Lane series for a second season ! It is thanks to a video that the two stars of the Netflix show announce the good news to fans of the series.
In the video, Sarah says "We can't wait to continue this Tully and Kate journey with you all" . And we too are looking forward to it! As with all series in production, a very strict production schedule is imposed on the series because of the protocols following the Coronavirus pandemic. And Firefly Lane will not be the exception and will also be impacted when it goes into production. Nevertheless, it is possible that Firefly Lane season 2 will arrive about a year after the first season .
Netflix has a habit of broadcasting series that have worked well on the platform a year or even two years after the broadcast of the last episode. This is the case for example of the You series, the first season was released in 2018 and the second in December 2019, a year later.
